He is Risen!

I am so grateful that our LORD 👑 lives!

I am so grateful that we celebrate Jesus’ resurrection, His victory over death and the grave. What an honor and privilege. One I hope to never take for granted.

But the angel answered and said to the women, “Do not be afraid, for I know that you seek Jesus who was crucified. He is not here; for He is risen, as He said. Come, see the place where the Lord lay. And go quickly and tell His disciples that He is risen from the dead, and indeed He is going before you into Galilee; there you will see Him. Behold, I have told you.” So they went out quickly from the tomb with fear and great joy, and ran to bring His disciples word.

‭‭Matthew‬ ‭28‬:‭5‬-‭8‬ ‭NKJV‬‬

Wherever you find yourself: whether in plenty or lack, doubting or faithful, fearful or courageous, sickness or healthy, failed or successful, hopeful or hopeless, joyful or sad, grief or content- Jesus came for you. That's right, for you right where you are.

He came. He died. And He rose for you. Just you. He didn't come for the churchy people. The righteous. He came for the broken, for those in need of a Savior.

Do you find yourself needing a Savior this morning? Then “come and see” the Savior’s hands and feet and the empty grave. He is the God of the living. He is the God of those who call on His name! He waits for you because you are worth it and He loves you.
